This is great for anyone looking to better themselves in their sport. We work on a specific goal like better endurance, faster push off, better footwork, or even being more agile. Or even specific strength exercises for golf, LaCrosse, football or other sports. Workouts include ladder drills, cones, mini hurdles or whatever the athlete may need based on time of season. Services rendered in person, at my facility or a mutually agreed location. Zoom may be combined with these in person sessions for the best results.
