Service Description

What you will receive is: 1. A link to a printable workout custom designed for your needs (not the masses). Photos and video demonstrations are also available for viewing. 2. Spreadsheets for any cardio or specific additional work such as running, footwork, track work. It is suggested that this go along with monthly maintenance in order to best tweak exercises as needed. Workouts should be changed about every 6-8 weeks depending on goals.
