If you are looking to lose weight/body fat while getting leaner and more defined it takes a bit of science and also nutritional guidance while gradually changing. We initially take body composition tests, measurements and then track progress every 30 days, making necessary changes. For something to change, it MUST be measured. :) This includes meeting at least once a week for training sessions and additional guidance of training between sessions. Every 30-60 days sessions will last about 90 minutes to enable re-check of body composition. Prices vary whether rendered at home or at club.
